"Eh….its okay"

"The staff was very kind, considerate, compassionate, thoughtful. We didn’t have a problem at all with the staff. The staff is actually very wonderful. We are actually in the hotel industry in New Mexico and our stay here was actually less than what we had expected. Cleanliness is definitely something that is left to be desired. It feels as though housekeeping does not quite actually care. Which is a big deal in this industry, the hotels thrive off of housekeeping. Let me be clear so that nobody gets anything out of whack there’s no bugs here there’s no massive issues. The big issue is cleanliness with us my conditioner, body wash, and shampoo. All had actual dirt or like what if say somebody had dirty hands and touched it. The floors were not kept clean. The room is not dusted. There was hairs on the bathroom floor when we arrived things like that. These are things that we as humans can also fix ourselves so there’s no reason for me to call and make somebody come in and do that. However, it should’ve been taken care of before the room was ever allowed to be rented. This is a beautiful neighborhood. You’re very safe here as a wonderful back area for your pets. The pool is actually disgusting so I would not recommend that again. Customer service is a big deal. The customer service was fantastic here they’re very kind. Which is why we were not going to take out anything on them for the cleaning cleanliness they are not the ones to be held accountable."

"Cheap stay. Outdated its definitely for budget traveler. Bed comfy. Location great. For $50 a night is better than other motels in the same price range. AC works fine just take sometime to cool off. Warm when check in"

"The staff was excellent so friendly and helpful, the gym was great, breakfast was wonderful, the rooms so clean the pool was great I can't gush enough about this hotel. Best hotel we have EVER stayed at. I don't even want to leave. Staff member Zee went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful. 10/10 for this hotel it's a dream!!!"
