Great hotel location..good walking distance to the market streets and nearby restaurants. Was offered a free room upgrade as my initial room was not ready. Staff was very friendly ans courteous and provided all the information that I needed to enjoy my stay in Jeju

Room was very clean with daily linen change. Front desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast was just ok because menu items in the warmers were cold.
