My son wanted to experience the Korean traditional lodging while my husband needed a good bed and a quiet place. Ran Hanok satisfied us all with a room with a bed and a futon to enjoy the traditional heated floors. The guesthouse had everything else we needed as well - daily towel exchange, continental breakfast, basic amenities, etc. It is a 15 min walk to the historical sites and HwangLiDanGil (황리단길), which has tons of good restaurants and shopping, so you get all the fun but a quiet night away from the crowds. The owners were super nice and helpful as well, providing us directions and recommendations whenever we needed them. I highly recommend this lovely bed-and-breakfast style guesthouse if you want to try the traditional Korean lodging in Gyeongju.

It was a nice experience to stay in a Korean Hanok with ondol room. The owner & daughter were extremely friendly & helped with arranging the taxi service to Ktx station. The Hanok was very quiet and peaceful.

It's an experience

We found this place quite uncomfortable (we were travelling with a baby too). We were ready to sleep on the floor but probably we imagined something more comfortable from the pictures. The staff was available.The location very nice, in the countryside.

Very nice Hanok place

This place is beautiful and quiet. If you want to get away from city life, this is the place to relax and unwind. Having said that, after sun goes down it gets too quiet and bit boring. And the mat is way too thin to sleep on. I had to put 2 mats on the floor to sleep comfortably. But if you mind little discomfort and experience Hanok. This is the place to stay. There is also a river close by for going for little walk if you get bored.

방은 조금 작지만 주변이 조용하고 황리단길과 그리 멀지않아 택시타고 이동하기도 좋았습니다 온돌이라 아이들과 같이 지내는데도 편안했고 아침에 챙겨주시는 조식도 좋았습니다^^

아름다운 경주 맛보기

황리단의 번잡함을 피하고싶다면 여기 오세요. 큰소리가 아닌이상 말소리 같은건 안들려요. 창문을 열어두면 옆방 tv소리가 들리는정도 입니다. 택시도 잘 옵니다. 주인분이 과일 시리얼등 조식을 챙겨 주십니다.

オンドルベアには布団とテレビとエアコンがあるだけでしたが、きれいでした。 バスタブはなくシャワーだけでした。夜11時にシャワーを浴びたら途中で水になりました。日本人はお湯をたくさん使うからかもしれません。 繁華街まで徒歩20分なのでタクシーを使いました。近くにコンビニも見当たらなかったです。 スタッフは親切でした。

저렴하게 잘 이용했어요 이불 깨끗해 보이고 화장실도 전날 이용한 경주에 다른 리조트보다 깨끗했어요 방이 좀 작긴하지만 두명이 이불깔고 자기엔 괜찮아요. 선풍기가 없지만 에어컨 틀면 되니까요. 화장실에 귀뚜라미인지 곱등이인지 시끄럽게 울어서 창밖인가 했는데 나중에 나타났어요 ㅎㅎ 2마리 겨우 잡아 치웠습니다ㅠ 미니냉장고 밑에 조식에 없는 방울토마토가 굴러다닌거랑 알 수 없는 염색모 한뭉텅이가 나와서 기겁하고 버렸네요 즐거운 여행 되세요~

주인 부부의 자녀분께서 체크인 때 온수 설명을 잘못해주셔서 더운날 난방이 되어서 곤란했습니다. 조식은 간단하지만안주인분의 정성이 느껴집니다. 방이 작아서 4명의 이불을 깔면 공간이 거의 남지 않습니다.
