「The hotel is nice but the sound insulation and air condition is awful. I can easily hear the sounds from next room, and the AC is not working well, they even don’t open the AC at lobby and 37f skybar. All the staff is perfect, they help me to solve all my question. About the pool, I know cause need to increase income so they have the lesson for kids in the summer, But too much kids, if you have 2 pools, why don’t keep one for guest? To increase income have many ways, Try to sell lunch box...

「Good infrastructure, comfortable room with private swimming pool makes whole family a relaxing experience. May due to popular holidays (summer vacation), room service level got a little bit down at these time.」

「The hotel itself is no doubt a good hotel according to north American standard. Breakfast is ok. The roof is leaking into the restaurant, but I guess this will be repaired soon. However the spa was a disappointment, not exactly what I would have expected. 」

「Unfortunately this hit by the typhoon the night got there but we did not get notified of the hotel had no guest staying except us and also we had no internet, no air con, no way of communication as nobody spoke any English. They could have us the option to move us to another hotel and they too busy trying to their hotel back to some working order than to look after us.」

「Another very nice hotel. Nice location. Staff helped with scooter hire. Internet wasn't the greatest, at times, but fine. Nice breakfast which is included. Looking forward to visiting again. Didn't see/use the pool.」
