"We stayed here with our two kids (aged 8 and 10) when we went to visit friends in Yukuhashi. We booked two twin rooms (the biggest they had) and had one adult and one child per room. I think there are only two twin rooms per floor, so we were across the corridor from each other which was convenient. The rooms were bigger than we expected and included a built-in desk and chair, a tiny fridge and a kettle. The buffet breakfast (included) was fantastic. Traditional Japanese breakfast including...

"こちらの都合で深夜のチェックインになってしまったのですが、事前の電話で親切に対応してくださり助かりました。翌朝の朝食も美味しい和定食が無料でいただけて感謝です。チェックアウト後に、娘が部屋に忘れ物をしたかもしれないと問い合わせした際にも、電話で場所を確認しながら探してくださり、本当に心のこもった接客をしてくださいました。おかげで大分の旅が素晴らしい思い出になりました。また利用したいと思います。有難うございました！"
