「excellent personal and nice hotel」

The travel kit is Crabtree & Evelyn, really nice. The staffs are really willing to help, arrange the ski trip and taxi for us, thanks a lot!

「Very good」

「I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I checked in late at night only to find that the lights in the room were not working properly, the bed was dirty, and the bathroom was extremely old and poorly maintained. Instead of getting the rest I needed, I spent the night feeling uncomfortable and regretting my stay. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable, and I ended up leaving the hotel at 5:00 a.m. because I simply could not stay any longer.」

「Oda temiz, çalışanlar güler yüzlü spor salonu benim için yeterli.」

「Oda temiz degil ve tozlıydu kahvaltı çeşitleri güzel degildi」
