「Rooms were clean. Staff was excellent. An attempt to call the front desk resulted in a connection to Windham call center, who were much more interested in selling me their Rewards program than helping with my problem. I tried several times, even the online local number, but only got the call center. Thank God it wasn’t a major emergency.」

「Breakfast could use work. But its ok. Different mini boxes of cereal and something different than biscuits and gravy and waffles. Other than that everything is alway nice and friendly and polite and respectful and rooms are clean. 」

「Room was dirty with crumbs all over the carpet. Not even vacuumed on our check in. Pretty worn out towels. Over all this is not a clean hotel. Bed was so lumpy and uncomfortable in their higher priced rooms! Can’t imagine how the regular rooms are presented. Now I know, wont go back to this place.」
