Signage for hotel still says ‘holiday inn’, giving confusion on where to go to check in. staff seem disinterested, was only told where my room was, not given information about parking or breakfast etc (an opportunity to sell). Room was outdated, shower curtain heavily stained, sink wasn’t fully clean when checked in. Might not have been staff, but someone that seemed like staff barged past me to get into a lift, when I was there first and was going up. (Don’t know for sure it was a……

“Booked a twin and double room. Rooms clean and well appointed with a communal kitchen area for use by guests. Did not use breakfast service as we left in the morning before the hotel staff had arrived. Only small complaint was that the staff were unable to open the connecting door between the 2 rooms which would have made things a lot easier. ”

“Great nights sleep, very quiet and temperature controlled rooms if your like me and like it cold lol, you can turn off up or down. Also added bonus of a bath as wife had ours taken out during refurbishment. Food was great over the road as was breakfast and staff can’t be more helpful ”
