“I had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO property in Marvel Bounty, MagarPatta, Pune during my recent business trip. It was a truly outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived late in the night, I was warmly welcomed by the caretaker. As a business traveler, it was vital for me to have a comfortable and conducive environment to work in, and this property exceeded my expectations. “The normal room at 1802 flat wasn’t availaa, so we were taken to flat and 1002, very badly maintained flat. AC not working .. no mosquito replant .. no hand napkins .. blankets were stinking .. stained bedsheets .. geyser not working properly, had to wait for 30 minutes before the next person can take bath for the water to get heated .. smelly towels .. shower nob broken .. Worst experience ever at this service apartment.. the person running this (Chaitanya) needs to urgently visit the property……

“The flat was on rent and owner has not informed us that it won't be available. The owner was giving bed reviews of hotels.com”

“One issue they need to fix is that they only issue one key card per room. So if you have multiple people staying you are forced to share the card. Makes no sense as most hotels will issue at least 2 cards. ”

“算是新的飯店，離Seasons Mall很近。沐浴用品提供的是Biotique，飯店有很棒的健身房及游泳池，但整個俱樂部還沒蓋好，很多工地。”

“Overall, my stay at the hotel was satisfactory, but there are some areas that could be improved. While the value for money was reasonable, I found the parking access to be lacking. Additionally, I was disappointed to find expired cream sachets in the room. Moreover, there was an inconvenience as I had to request towels during my stay. I hope these issues can be addressed to enhance the guest experience in the future.”
