We arrived in Haifa and day after was Yom Kippur, Mr Yaniv working at the hotel helped us to get a taxi take us from Haifa to Jerusalem. The ugly: the pictures I saw when booking are not at all what we got. The bathroom was full of mold (we complained and no one came back to clean), mattress and bedding with stains of urine!! (we complained and we were told we are overreacting and this is “normal”; they did bring new bedding but also not really clean so we got our own). We wanted to leave and get a refund but they did not agree to they, and only offered to change a room (same……
“Wonderful and affordable. Location is great, right near buses and funicular (also near lots of great restaurants and bars). Room was spacious, clean and had brand new furniture. Bathrooms and Kitchen had everything we needed. Parking was available on-site behind a security gate. ”
