In front of the kitchen is the dining area. Here, there is a wooden dining suite that has seating for up to 4 people. The living room is just in front of the dining area. It has a blue L-shaped leather sectional, a flat screen TV, and access to the pool via the glass sliding door that lets in plenty of natural light. Outside, in the screened-in pool area, you’ll find a lagoon-shaped pool that’s perfect to take a dip in and cool off, views of the golf course, sun loungers for sunbathing, and a patio table and four chairs under a covered lanai for those who want to relax in the shade. Like grilling? There’s also a BBQ for you to use outside. Did we mention there’s free Wi-Fi throughout the house?
This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
