"The stay was perfectly good and everything was fine and good. One most important thing is that the staff needs to learn and speak English as English is an international language. Sheraton is an international brand and that is why English should be spoken and used everywhere in the hotel "

"Thermostats didn’t work. Room temperature reached to 28C. Front desk suggest to provide a fan - I was shocked to hear that. Upon refusing the fan option, changed my room. New room - window wouldn’t close so you can count how many cars passed by. In the morning AC automatically changed to heater and I woke up due to hot room. Old and hard to operate thermostat. Room size although they call it king size bad room was terrible. No sitting spot to sit and put your shoes on. Breakfast is below...

"There are 3 untrue information on the hotel description including map location, nearby, and getting around. When I found out the hotel is not located at Xuhui and cannot get there by metro, I asked to cancel and refund, but cannot get refund. It is luck for us to find out the errors early and get into trouble at night with luggage. "

"Hotel is located right inside a beautiful park. Breakfast is awesome and offers a lot of choices, hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. Only the gym could offer a little more exercise options, its basically 2 treadmills and 3 different weights. Only con in my opinion: It is difficult to get a taxi. Especially as a foreigner without access to AliPay or DiDi (Chinese Uber). Hotel staff will order you a taxi but it takes a while."

"Dieses Hotel hatte zum Zeitpunkt des Check-in einen Wasserschaden und kein Strom. Musste mir also ein anderes Hotel suchen. Bei der Stornierung bzw. Rückforderung musste ich feststellen, dass das Hotel eine Übernachtung (von geplanten 4 Nächten) einbehalten hat. Auch eine Reklamation über den Support von Hotels.com war leider nicht erfolgreich und es wurde zu diesem Vorfall nicht direkt oder nur ausweichend Stellung bezogen. "Ive stayed at many hotels on nanjing road, this is one of the better ones. The staff was nice and helpful. The morning buffet is great (if you got that option) and the dinner one is decent. The area around this hotel can be a hustle and bustle, but that is expected since youre located right next to a popular tourist street. "
