Should better meet the customer expectation
The room is smaller than expected, basically no space for luggage. Too many cushions on the bed given not a comfortable sofa is provided. The pool club is pricy without upfront information and surprisingly not free for hotel guests. There is no electric kettle or coffee maker in the room. Nevertheless, ...

Arrived late on the day and already told the camp site, then found that they didn’t provide the self check-in code as they thought payment was missing. Great location - even though the street is noisy. Trucks drive past 24/7. Great apartment but a bit worn down. Had trouble getting lights to work. Knobs came of the drawers. It was fine, but could use a little fix-up.
