"Wow. We stayed for one night outside of Hallstatt. What a beautiful apartment. Loved the espresso machine available and the freshest farm eggs you could ask for. It slept three of us well. We walked into Hallstatt (3.5 miles). It was a lovely and very easy walk to get to Hallstatt. But Obertraun had its own charm. Would definitely recommend in all aspects!! "

"Fijne week gehad met 8 personen. 4 kids en 4 volwassenen. Veel inventaris aanwezig. De aanwezigheid van een wasmachine was ook erg prettig. Gaskachel houd het huis goed warm. Ca 400 m lopen naar de rode piste bij dolomietenhof waar je ook lekker kan eten. Skischool freeride alpin bij donnerkogelbahn was prima geregeld voor onze kids. Voor beginners wat lastig om verder het gebied in te gaan. Dan zijn piste 14 en 11(a) nog net te doen. Mooie week gehad"

"The house is clean and has everything you need. Especially the fireplace is very nice and warm. Nice large kitchen. We went skiing, the slope is at about a 5 min walk, very close. Communication with the host was fast and easy. We enjoyed our stay very much!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here this summer. The chalet was lovely and well equipped. The owners were also good at keeping in touch (thank you). The surrounding area (Annaberg-Lungotz) is simply wonderful for walks, cycling or just relaxing and enjoying the fabulous surrounding mountains and countryside. "This property was amazing for families. Situated right on the lake with a playground for the kids. The town of Hallstatt was just a short car or boat ride away. We would definitely recommend this place for future stays."

"Man kann ein wenig rumnörgeln: Sauberkeit war nicht perfekt, viel Staub und Spinnweben, das müsste besser werden. Pool und Sauna waren prima. Lage ist in Ordnung, ist halt etwas abseits und am Hang, ohne Auto geht nicht viel. Das Restaurant vor Ort war leider nichts, die wirkten überfordert. Parkplätze gibt es glaube ich zu wenig, es war stellenweise alles zugeparkt, wenn dann auch morgens noch die Sauberkolonnen anrücken wurde es hier und da ziemlich eng. Schöner Blick von den meisten Häusern."

"Mooie woning, die wel wat moeilijk te vinden was. Er was geen parkeerplaats aan de woning zelf(door werken?), gelukkig was de vakantie woning naast ons leeg en konden we de wagens daar parkeren. Er is ook een laadpaal aan die woning, maar gasten mogen die niet gebruiken - dat valt dus zwaar tegen! Er worden nu nieuwe woningen gebouwd en een daarvan kijkt recht in de woonkamer binnen. "Pros: Clean, quiet and comfortable. Check-in over the phone was fast and efficient (be aware that you need to be able to make phone calls to check in!). Cons: Pretty pricey but it is what it is for a place within waking distance of Hallstatt village center. Internet was quite slow. If you are planning to cook, be aware that kitchen utensils are somewhat lacking compared to most apartments of this type, and there are no condiments (oil, salt etc) provided."

"This is a perfectly located spot in Hallstadt. The cafe next door is fantastic and right on the water. You are still very close walking distance to the center of the town, but thankfully not surrounded by all the crowds of people. I enjoyed exploring the town before and after all the main bus loads of people were gone. Recommend the waterfall hike that is in close proximity. Space was clean and bed/shower was nice was comfortable. THE VIEW. You cannot beat it."
