「It was a cute little older home. With nice updates on the inside. They are definitly doing work to the exterior. In the description it said there was a grill. Which there was unfortunately there was so many large black trash bags you could not get to it. The first step at the side walk was broken. And the railing inaide was very loose. Although there was some minor issues we enjoyed out atay.」

「The property was in a beautiful location! It was very clean and cozy. Perfect for a weekend getaway with family or friends. Even though the property was off the beaten path, there was a lot to do within 15-30 min drive. The host made great suggestions of what to see in the area! I would definitely stay at this property again. Maybe during the summer months to enjoy the lake a bit more, but I have no complaints!」

「This house is so cute!! We stayed with our family and enjoyed the house so much. It was cold during our visit but I imagine in the warmer months it is even more fun with the waterfront and outdoor areas! You can tell the owners put a lot of hard work into making this a cozy retreat for themselves and guests 😊」

「The house was clean and pictures were accurate. Easy to check in. The kitchen had many tools, cooking utensils and pots and pans but there was no basic pantry items just fyi. Easy to solve with a trip to a grocery store. There is only a Keurig coffee maker but pods are provided. My only issue was that we were only given the two trash bags in the trash can. The owner was quick to reply and provided additional bags very quickly. Overall a great place for a family of 4+, great view, comfy beds,...

「Great place to stay. Cannot get any closer to Elk Mountain. Fireplace kept us warm. Beautiful home inside and out. The host left so many condiments (bottle of wine, etc.). Only downside was the strange showers & was very muddy due to the weather, not the hosts' fault of course. Dennis H」

「What a great place for a large family. We were in the area for my mom’s funeral and I wanted a place that was large enough to accommodate my children and grandchildren to make happy memories. From the moment you walk in the door you get a comfortable feel. Large dining room table that fit 10 easily. The large sectional in the living space fit use all. The bedrooms are spacious and the furnishings are homey. With the pool table, dart board, shuffle board and foosball, and closet full of board...

We took the advice of the guide and visited Chet’s Place for dinner and visited the nearby lake. Both were great. My family and I had the most wonderful time and would love to return! 10/10 - would recommend!」
