"We stayed at Waterland Farm as a family of 9 (plus 1 dog) for a long weekend break and it was brilliant. The house is very spacious with lots of facilities, including a toy room for the kids, a PS /x-box and old-school vinyl record player. The outdoor area is massive and the kids loved the football goal and playground. As it states the field isn’t secure for a dog as there are open areas but she still enjoyed a run around. Overall a great place to stay and we would return! "

"The property was spotless and exactly ss described albeit this was our second visit so we knew what to expect.Best if all it was secluded and quiet with virtually no noise and a private garden with a hot tub.We needed a peaceful breakaway from our busy lives and this place is exactly what we wanted. "If you are looking for a quiet completely private back to basics location, then look no further. The Tree house it's self is very comfortable and I immediately felt relaxed and at peace. Borrow the offered 4x4 to get down to the location, we took our own car and regretted it. The whole site could do with a little tidying up, lights around the toilet, lake and summer house did not work and my wife and I could the toilet to be an uncomfortable hight."
