Klimaanlage ging 2 Tage nicht, Fenster öffnen nicht möglich da Umgebung zur Strasse und zum Hof zu laut ist. Die Mitarbeiterin am Frühstücksbuffet spielt nur mit dem Handy oder Telefoniert. Nach meiner ZimmerNr wurde ich nicht 1x gefragt. Guten Morgen zu sagen ist auch ein Fremdwort.

A safe (24 hrs reception, card required to access elevator and side doors) & clean Hotel in a quiet area. Public Transport S-BAHN, U-BAHN and BUS in walking distance, same for shopping malls and restaurants within minutes on foot. Offers free parking in separate Garage for guests arriving by car. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are new with comfortable bed, noise absorbing triple glassed windows and spacious bathroom/shower.

Frühstück für das gebotene zu teuer. Qualität der Lebensmittel gut, Auswahl für 18,- Euro nur mäßig. Die Tische wurden nur sporadisch abgeräumt, Besteck fehlte teilweise, Personal war teilweise überfordert.

Beim Einchecken gab es die ersten Probleme , Parkplatz nur wenn sie ein flaches Auto besitzen , für die wenigen Stellplätze auf den Hof , gilt , wer zuerst kommt .. aber in 5 Minuten Fußweg da gibt es ein Parkplatz…. Das Personal nicht kompetent, da muss ich erst fragen ??? Aber Sie wollten mehrfach einen nicht genutzten Hotel- Parkplatz abkassieren, Im Bad Schimmel in den Fugen und Ecken, die Bettdecken klumpig , die Sauberkeit im Zimmer okay . Das the niu Ridge in Papenburg ist ein Zehn , hier in Hamburg Max. eine Sechs , schade - aber ich werde nicht wiederkommen. Beim Ausschecken wurde nicht gefragt ob ich zufrieden war, wahrscheinlich weiß man - das z.Zt. nicht Alles Bestens ist , schade .

Auch zum Jahreswechsel humane Preise. Die Rezeption ist 24/7 besetzt uas gut ist wenn es mal ein Problem geben sollte. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Werden das Haus jetzt öfters nutzen für unsere nsere usflüge nach Hamburg.

Mein Aufenthalt im the niu Keg in Hamburg hat mir nicht gefallen. Der Check-in und auch der weitere Kontakt mit dem jungen rothaarigen Mann mit Brille sowie Olga (beide Rezeption) lief ohne ein „Hallo“, „Bitte“, „Danke“ oder „Angenehmen Aufenthalt“ ab, was ich unangenehm fand. Mein Zimmer war kalt – ich habe es den ganzen Aufenthalt über nicht warm bekommen. Am Abreisetag morgens war bereits meine Karte gesperrt, sodass ich um 11 Uhr nicht mehr in mein Zimmer kam, obwohl erst um 12 Uhr Check-out war. Das Reinigungspersonal versuchte morgens auch bereits, obwohl ich nicht ausgecheckt war, in mein Zimmer zu kommen. Trotz N-Membership hatte ich kein Wasser auf meinem Zimmer. Insgesamt ein Aufenthalt, den ich nicht wiederholen möchte – Sie haben mich als Gast verloren.

Duschfugen sollten teilweise erneuert/gesäubert werden. Ein mal wegen Umweltschutz auf Zimmer Service verzichtet, dann kam keiner mehr. An der Bar gab es von 4 angeboten an cocktails keins. Ist aus.??? Nicht mal vodka im Haus? Mitarbeiter restlos überfordert. Auf Nachfrage nach einem Handtuch bekam ich die Antwort, bin kein room service? Morgen früh um 10. Also keine gute Erinnerung

The Hotel was very nice except that the Air Conditioning could apparently not keep up in Room 317. The Sun hit the large glass windows every day and even though we keep the curtains closed it still got like an oven. The glass needs some reflective thermal film or something _ OR - the Air Conditioning needs to be able to be set to "TURBO". We had trouble sleeping due to the heat and could not stay in the Room at all during the day.

Das Hotel hat alles was man benötigt. Eine Super Verkehrsanbindung mit den Öffis. S und U-Bahn sind in wenigen Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen und ein Supermarkt ist direkt vor der Tür. Das Personal ist sehr Freundlich und Stets Hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Die Parkplatzanzahl ist zwar begrenzt, aber trotzdem finde ich den Preis angemessen und man kann sein Auto hier gut abstellen. Daher ist das Hotel von mir eine Empfehlung und ich würde es erneut buchen.

Ganz in Ordnung!
Ganz schönes Haus, gut erreichbar vom AB1. Zimmer auch OK, etwas lieblos und vor allem schlechter Luft. Es wirkte als ob die Klimaanlage mehr eine Umwälzung war. Aber noch schlimmer war dass das Fenster nicht zu öffnen war...mit gleich zwei Schlösser abgeriegelt! Und das sogar wo das Fenster auch als Notausgang gedacht war, direkt vor dem Fenster war der Notabstieg....ich würde bei einem Feuer in der Falle sitzen! Ist das überhaupt erlaubt ein Notausgang so abzuschließen?

Wenn ein Hotel im Sommer damit wirbt , eine Klimaanlage sein eigen zu nennen, dann sollte diese auch funktionieren. Im ersten Zimmer liess sich nicht einmal das Fenster öffnen weil der Griff fehlte. Dies ging dann wenigstens im zweiten Zimmer. Gemein hatten beide eine Temperatur jenseits der 30 Grad sowie eine Klimaanlage, die erst dann ordentlich funktionierte als die Nacht vorbei war, was eindeutig darauf hinweist, dass die Anlage überfordert war. Ungünstig wenn das Zimmer dann auch noch zur Straßen bzw. Schienenseite führt, wo in steter Regelmäßigkeit Züge und S-Bahnen verkehren. Schade um den Rest des Hotels aber hier kann keine Empfehlung ausgesprochen werden.

Everything fine, nothing to complain about. Staff was kind and happy to help out. Room clean and comfy. Breakfast had all you could wish for. The only thing I could argue with is the fact that other hotels of similar level offered a late free check-out for participants of Cyclassics Bike Race.

Location is nice, close to shopping. Room size is very small, limited parking space, bad air conditioning and washroom ventilation. Shower doors are worn out. Breakfast is pretty good. Staff at front desk did not address the concern of air conditioning in my rooms despite 2 times request and reminder.

Too Hot to Sleep
The room was clean and bathroom was a good size. It is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. While we were there the AC was broken and the room was miserably hot so we got very little sleep. They didn’t tell us before we checked in about it or even offer any water. There are no phones in the rooms - if you need anything or have a question you have to go own to reception. If you are bringing a car, the lots are very tight and we got stuck a few times because of a delivery truck blocking the entrance/exit and the traffic on the car lift.

A hotel is acceptable for a one-night stay if you don't have any other options. The transportation links are very good, with a tube station only a 7-minute walk away. The room appeared clean at first, but we later discovered spider webs. The mood of the staff seems to depend on the weather. Some of them weren't particularly friendly, and if you don't speak German, it can be challenging as they don't speak much English.
