Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter respectfully through communication with the management, they refused to reverse the charge and insisted on holding me responsible without proof. This is not just poor customer service—it is a serious case of unauthorized transaction and defamation. Key issues that make this situation unacceptable: 1. Unauthorized deduction: They processed a payment without my approval, which is a breach of trust and possibly illegal. 2.
