Al’Meson is vergane glorie . TV boven werkt niet en gastvrouw kon hem ook niet instellen. Wifi bovenverdiepingen zeer slecht’ .Ongunstige parkeerplaats . Verwilderde tuin met compleet versleten zitbank. Zeer vervelend dat onze gastvrouw overdag niet bereikbaar was , omdat ze hele dagen werkte , Alarmsysteem ging af zonder dat er onheil was . Zeer moeilijke trap naar boven voor oudjes zoals wij .

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr alt. Bezaubernd schön dekoriert. Nicht alle Zimmer waren gleich angenehm. Unsere beiden Hunde fanden den Garten in Ordnung. Es war gut eingezäunt, was uns Sicherheit gab. Letztendlich hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Region mit vielen schönen Wanderungen in der Umgebung.

Al Mezon is een huis met een ziel. Er is zeer veel aandacht besteed aan de inrichting: verschillende stijlen, veel mooie voorwerpen, op mekaar afgestemde kleuren, modern comfort qua toestellen. Kortom een huis naar ons hart, waar we ons warm welkom voelden. Echter 1 minpunt, nl de tuin. Is zeer verwilderd waardoor men een claustrofobisch gevoel krijgt. Het tuinmeubilair is tot op de draad versleten.

Mooie locatie in een klein dorpje. Huis is goed en mooi, wel uit de oudheid, daar moet je van houden. Het kent dichtbij een aardig speeltuintje voor de kleintjes. Vriendelijke gastvrouw.

We werden vlot ontvangen, zelfs al waren we wat te vroeg aangekomen. Heel aangenaam was ook dat we op de vertrekdag tot na de middag mochten blijven aangezien er niet onmiddellijk nieuwe gasten kwamen. De tuin is kleiner dan op de foto's. Het huis binnenin is ruim, maar wel donker. In de keuken is zeker alles aanwezig, enkel bestek mocht wat meer zijn. Het huis telt drie verdiepingen. Eén slaapkamer heeft weinig privacy, want geeft uit op de gang. De trap naar de speelkamer op zolder is een molenaarstrap, wat gevaarlijk kan zijn voor kleinere kinderen. We waren aangenaam verrast dat de bedden bij aankomst waren opgemaakt. De matras van het bed op de 'schelpenkamer' is aan vervanging toe. Het huis heeft zeker zijn charme, maar heeft - zoals hierboven vermeld - ook enkele aandachtspuntjes. Het ligt in een heel erg mooi typisch dorp van waaruit verschillende wandelingen vertrekken. Een warme bakker is er niet in de buurt, wel een supermarkt.

Wir haben das Haus für 4 Tage mit 9 Personen gemietet. Das Haus hat durch sein Alter einen ganz individuellen Charme und Potential. Leider lässt die Einrichtung des Hauses zu wünschen übrig. Die Utensilien in Küche und Wohnraum sind zum Teil nicht benutzbar (Töpfe und Pfannen) und verdreckt, es fehlt an brauchbarem Besteck für alle Gäste, ebenso an Küchenhelfern. Die Arbeitsplatte ist um das Waschbecken schwarz verschimmelt. Im Wohnzimmer lässt sich die Haustür nicht abschließen. Insgesamt sind Boden aber auch Oberflächen und Lampen nicht ausreichend gereinigt. In den Schlafräumen sind die Matratzen teilweise durchgelegen, in einem Schlafzimmer waren Marienkäfer in den Ecken. Ein Schlafzimmer befand sich offen auf dem Flur. Das oberste Spielzimmer ist vollgestellt mit altem und kaputtem Spielzeug. Das Zimmer ist als Schlafzimmer nicht akzeptabel. Auch der Garten ist in einem schlechten Pflegezustand und so nicht benutzbar. Insgesamt hat das Haus einen ganz eigenen historischen Charme, erinnert aber mehr an einen alten Trödelmarkt als an eine Unterkunft für Gäste.

Het verblijf in deze woning was niet fantastisch. In december is duidelijk dat het pand geen hoge energieklasse heeft. Dat de kachel warmpjes brandt was hard nodig. Voor het haardhout moeten bezoekers in ieder geval zelf zorgen. Vooraf zijn we vriendelijk uitgenodigd een gezellig vuurtje te branden, maar hout is er niet. Het hout dat op de binnenplaats ligt is van een omwonende die niet blij is als je dit hout denkt te gaan gebruiken. De wifi doet het niet. In een weekend met wereldcup voetbal vonden we dat een groot gemis. Sowieso is het voor pubers overleven als er geen wifi beschikbaar is. Een poging om dit te verhelpen kwam mij niet heel geloofwaardig over. De voordeur naar de binnenplaats kan niet dicht. In de winterse kou was dit niet echt genieten. Kortom: ondanks de goede bedoelingen van de verhuurder is het een huis met gebreken waar goed naar gekeken moet worden om het op een aanvaardbaar niveau te krijgen.

Charmant aber leider zu dreckig

Das Haus hat viel Charme und die Schlafzimmer sind liebevoll gestaltet. Leider waren alle Bäder sehr verschmutzt, so dass wir trotz des kurzen Aufenthaltes von 2 Tagen erst einmal Putzmittel kaufen und die Bäder reinigen mussten.

Woning met een indrukwekkend verhaal, met veel liefde en smaak aangekleed, gastvrij onthaal, zeer proper, ideale ligging: rustig en op een boogscheut van de Ourthe; heerlijk overvloedige tuin met bloeiende rozelaars en blauwe regen; fijn ook dat een huisdier mee welkom was en dat er overal poortjes waren voorzien op de bovenverdiepingen; grote Amerikaanse frigo; fijne zithoek/salon om de feestelijke momenten van het leven te vieren!

De woning ligt in een heel stil dorpje en is erg gezellig ingericht. Het is een charmant oud pand, voorzien van alle gemak. We waren hier tijdens koude dagen en konden goed verwarmen. Wandelen is mogelijk vanaf de locatie. Er zijn grootwarenhuizen op 5 minuten afstand. Een aangenaam verblijf voor wie houdt van wandelen en rust.
