“Both Pam and her brother were wonderful to text/call with and whatever questions I had were quickly answered. I asked about a place to hang clothes and a clothes rack with new hangers were immediately there!! Luckily my husband and I are physically fit and had no problems with the very steep stairs up to the bedrooms and bathroom. We appreciated their kindness.”

“We stayed in this property bc our daughter’s graduation (Amherst) was sold out. We used the property to have a place to sleep and shower exclusively.The duplex was clean, well equipped with towels and linens. We used two of the 3 bedrooms. The king size bed was comfortable enough. The queen size bed (not the bunk bed) was very uncomfortable according to my daughter and her partner. “The room was very clean and modern. The check-in process was easy and I had the best rest that I had in a long time. Being in the lower level with no windows provided a very quiet and dark ambiance at night. There is ample lighting throughout the unit if needed though, you can really unplug here. I would definitely stay here again”

““Upscaled” is not the first word I would use to describe this property even though it is the first word in the property description. The home is older and while clean is not light and bright as the picture of the living room would indicate. In fact, the rug and the couches are completely different. Most of the blinds were missing slats or did not operate to let light in. Rose was incredibly responsive and personable. I did find it disconcerting to have one of the kitchen drawers nailed shut, a……

“The neighborhood is a little dicy but we didn’t feel like we were in danger. It’s just kind of run down. The house was clean. Spacious. There are two queen beds and a twin not the queen and a full as described. Maybe they were confused because there was a full size headboard for one of the queens. 25 minutes from the Log Cabin where we had a wedding. Would have been nice if the code had been changed so my daughter could have gotten in with no hassle….oh well. All in all- not a bad experience. ”
