「Our family was extremely disappointed with our stay. We picked this hotel specifically, due to the listing indicating that the hotel had a pool. This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. Tim, who worked at the front desk did not handle the situation properly, not only did he offer no compensation and/or token of apology, but laughed in our faces when we were visibly upset about the circumstances....

「The hotel room were nice; however, they have a quite time from 10pm-6am so you can't used the workout room after 8pm and they just had a basic breakfast, no waffles, The room was clean, the staff were really nice & helpful. I would stay at this time again when I'm in the area.」

「The room was comfortable but there was clearly someone smoking in a room nearby. The front desk said they checked for me, but could only offer us a bottle of febreeze for the smell. The breakfast was very limited. Hard to walk anywhere without having to cross a highway. I picked it for the outdoor pool. It was raining I couldn't use it (obviously not there fault) but there were significantly cheaper places around that would have been equal in amenities, other than the outdoor pool.」

「We were traveling and didnt check in until almost 11 pm. The hotel charged our card 269.79 for a 308 stay before we got there. Upon arrival they tried to charge us another 305 plus 100 dollar refundable deposit. They claim the 269.79 was a fee. No where on their website does it state there are extra fees for late check in. Check your accounts when staying here. Otherwise beds were comfortable but they over use a very strong smelling cleaning product that may be masking another issue. Breakfast...

「Cozy, quaint hotel with real early American New England feel. Our room was at the far end from the Old Salt Restaurant so we didn't hear any noise from there. I have no idea if rooms closer to the Old Salt can hear anything from there or not. If I am ever staying in that part of New Hampshire again, I would happily stay at Lamie's again.」
