「Overall an excellent experience and they made everything very simple and easy for us. We would recommend and will be staying again in the future!」

「Great location - perfect for our family of 3! Short walking distance to the beach, beautiful sunsets, and overall an enjoyable experience! Hope to stay here again!」

「It was exactly what we needed for a last minute short trip. Our son and family rented a large house nearby so we spent most of our time there but our kitchen had everything we needed and appliances worked well. Host answered questions almost immediately.」

「Property was as listed. Great location.」

「This is a great spot for a quick Wrightsville trip!」

「Room was clean, host was accessible for questions and great access to the beach.」

「My over all stay was wonderful, the host was very easy and quick to communicate with. •Room was lovely. Nice bed, dining table, useable kitchen, minimal cooking utensils but I didn’t need them. •Easily accessible w/ key pad and right by the stairs, elevator is on opposite corner but still easy to get to.. I went on holiday weekend and still had room to park and not worry. •Couple minute walk to beach, a straight shot down the road. Small things that definitely do not out way how great of a spot...

「The room was extremely clean and very minimalist. It would have been nice to have a comfortable chair in the room; however, there was probably not room for one. The elevator at the site was not working and that required us to carry our luggage up 2 flights of steps. There seemed to be a lot of “rules” for checking out that, while good for the cleaners, seemed excessive for the guests.」

「Great location.」

「We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the host was easy to communicate with. The location was great and the area quiet. The pool area was nice. We enjoyed the ocean views, the walk to the beach was short.」

「Very convenient」

「There are two Tiffany’s Motel buildings located across the street from one another. This review is about the building closest to the beach and with the pool. The building was overgrown with weeds and vines, no dumpster was easily accessible, and trash was laying around the walkways—it was rundown, unappealing, and NOT the condition nor building showcased in the listing. Inside, one area of the floor had a soft spot and sunk in when I sat in the corner chair, causing a trip hazard among other...

「Excellent location for a beach trip! Easy walk past one house row & you're there! Beautiful beach -soft sand, rolling waves, great beach walking in either direction. The communication with Alan, the #7 unit owner ,was excellent and efficient-available each time I sent a message or question. The pool was perfect for my granddaughter and myself to have a wonderful time.」

「Very clean and well maintained unit. Communication was excellent!」

「This property was very clean and just what we were looking for. Wrightsville beach is a close drive, a great area to walk with an open farmers market each Monday with fresh fish, seafood, and other great vendors. Short drive to downtown Wilmington with great restaurants and shops. The host was very easy to communicate with and the condo was very clean and organized. Easy check in with clear directions for departure.」

「Great spot enough room for the boat trailer and perfect for our puppy we brought. Host responds and accommodates everything so fast I was blown away. Thank you again for everything we had an amazing trip.」

「The place needs a deep clean . I know I visited at the end of the season but the place didn’t appear to be well maintained between guests. There were marks all over the walls, rust and dirt on the fixtures and a misty smell from the a/c.」

「The host was very quick with responding to my messages. The parking was nice.」
