A fully stocked kitchen awaits culinary enthusiasts, boasting all the essentials plus: coffee, tea, cider, hot chocolate and creamer. You will have full private access to the apartment, as well as shared access to all outdoor areas including the balcony.

The most likely method of communication between us will be messages via the airbnb app, but I live & work from home in one of the apartments on the property so I can be available quickly should you need anything!

Thursdays - Sundays are typically busier times and you may get stuck in extended traffic as you arrive or if you need to drive on Ocean Ave north to rte 101 or 1A. Your best bet is to get here, park & walk! Everything is very close!

Parking is limited in Hampton Beach!
