The space is a newly built 1 Bedroom, ensuited villa. Its large open living areas overlook the lake view and landscaped river-bed of stones from where it gets its name "Awa'' meaning river. Enjoy a restful night's sleep in a comfy new Super King bed (can be split into king singles). Make use of the full kitchen, washer/dryer, heat pump/Aircon, gas fire and TV.

Hamurana is a tranquil, semi-rural lake side suburb located only 10 mins away from the supermarket, cafes and takeaway restaurants via either Ngogataha or the Okere Falls Store. The area is a more of an out-of-town experience being 17 mins from the Rotorua City Center and its many unique activities and experiences. Live like a local and take a stroll along the nearby lake front reserve or Springs and discover the relaxed natural vibe of the area for yourself.
