The staff were helpful and friendly. Their English was good enough for communication, and the service was excellent. The room was super cosy with private hot spring, felt so relaxed. The dining was tasty as well. Highly recommend to everyone.

“I arrived late, and the hotel was very accessible from Rinku Station, which made the trip easy. The staff were efficient and friendly, providing a smooth check-in experience. The room was spacious enough to comfortably open two 28-inch suitcases, and the condition was excellent—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Overall, a great stay!”

Right next to train station, very clean everything in general. Front desk staff able to communicate in english. Good price comes with nice room space, Japanese style breakfast, hotspring bath at G/f.
Good tv feature allows guest to monitor the availability of laundry machines, public bath house and also breakfast dining space, very user friendly!
Walking distance to a shopping arcade, theres Aeon/Mcdonalds/starbucks/chateraise bakery and even clothes store like uniqlo!

I stayed on the 13th floor, Double B Room with an excellent Castle view. The room size was very large with 26m square.
Recommended to try their buffet breakfast. It was delicious with various choice. Please try their Wakayama Style Noodle. I really enjoyed it.
