Stay at The Willow in Hanmer Springs

Good location with proximity to the shops, forest walks and the thermal pools. Considering the cost of the rental, the house did not meet my expectations. It is a basic rental which requires some attention. One of the single mattresses needs replacing as does the couch in the dining room, with both sagging badly and not fit for use. Erratic shower pressure and temperature of water. Good wifi. We did not use the cottage.
