房間乾淨，床也舒適，但熱水水壓不足，沖水不到5分鐘水溫會下降，即使調到最熱也一樣問題，住了3天，早餐都沒詢問是否需要河粉，餐廳部員工請加強對客戶詢問度，櫃檯員工有禮貌！

I had to pay extra for a new room because they had put me next to an elevator and I asked to be moved because of noise. Room size for a deluxe room I had booked was too small. Condition of new room I was switched to after paying extra was poor, shower was leaking , water flow was very slow, fridge in the room was not working, breakfast was always cold, coffee and tea pots were dirty. Hotel is next to a busy road with lots of traffic.

Find another hotel
The hotel was located at a super busy and noisy free way, in between construction sites. The lobby was sad, the corridors and rooms gloomy at the best. The hotel is not located in the old area, not in the French quarters.

Good location to walk around Hanoi, clean hotel room, shower was good. Breakfast had a lot of selection. Staff were very friendly.

Needs improvement
The room has large cockroaches in it. I got food poisoning from ordering food from the hotel. And the pillows are too bulky to sleep on

Good stay
The hotel is very conveniently located. It’s got everything you need if you not a 5 star budget and it’s lovely. Staff are super helpful and it’s quiet for a central location

Un hotel muy acogedor, excelente relacion calidad - precio. No te esperas encontrar una habitacion tan comoda! La cama buenisima. Pero lo mejor de todo es el personal que trabaja alli, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte con todo lo que necesites. Un agradecimiento especial para Jennifer Le, que nos ayudo muchisimo e hizo que nuestra estancia fuera magnifica.

Buen hotel
Buen hotel y muy centrico. Buen desayuno. Personal muy amable. Situado en una calle muy ruidosa, con mucho tráfico, aunque las habitaciones que dan a la calle están bien insonorizadas.

룸도 넓고 침구나 베드상태도 좋았고 직원들도 친절해서 1박예약하고 가서 추가2박을 했습니다 60대 친구4명이 모두 만족했습니다 하노이공항에서 버스로 이동하기 편한위치여서 더 좋았어요

Close to centre
Close to main part of town with many restaurants in 5 minute walk small mini market next door. Like many hotels on main roads noise could be a problem . Nice breakfast in morning.

하노이에서 저렴하고 깨끗한 3인 이상의 패밀리룸이 많지 않아 고민했는데 괜찮은 선택이었어요! 객실은 깨끗했고 직원들은 친절했어요! 한국인 후기가 별로 없었는데 한국분들이 의외로 좀 있었어요. 조식은 우유, 빵, 요거트, 계란요리, 쌀국수, 과일 같은 것들 있었고 괜찮았습니다. (쌀국수와 계란 종류는 직원분께 말씀하시면 가져다주세요!) 쌀국수가 엄청 맛있지는 않지만 향이 강하지 않아 아침에 먹기 좋았고 양을 많이 주셔서 든든했어요~ 오믈렛도 괜찮아요! 단점은 밖의 오토바이 소리가 시끄럽다는 것, 관광지에서 아주 조금 떨어져있다는 것 이었어요. 밤에 오토바이 소리가 밖에서 계속 들렸어요!!! 피곤하지 않았다면 잠을 못잤을거에요(하지만 피곤해서 기절,,,) 그리고 하노이 시내들은 모두 뛰뛰빵빵 시끄러운 거리라 오토바이를 피해 한 블럭만 걸어가도 피곤하더라구요ㅎㅎㅎ(택시, 우버 추천합니다!! 걷지마세요....) 하지만 오토바이 소리는 하노이 시내 어디든 다 시끄러울 것 같고 호안끼엠 호수까지 걸어서 5-10분 정도? 거리라 아주 멀지는 않아요! 깨끗한 패밀리룸 찾는 분들께 추천합니다. 아 그리고 크리스마스 기간에 갔더니 크리스마스날 밤 로비에 간식을 준비해주셨어요! 작은 서비스지만 좋았습니다.

호안끼엠에서 5분거리 깨끗한 호텔
걸어서 5분거리에 호안끼엠호수가 있습니다. 완전중심에서 조금 벗어나있어서 조금이지만 조용한편인것 같습니다. 올 2월에 새단장한 호텔이라 깔끔하고 기본으로 나오는 조식은 평범했습니다. 직원들이 모두 친절하여 이용하면서 많은 도움을 받았습니다.

Good price, cozy place, nice employees
It opens recently. So all the facilities are new and clean. It's located 5mins from Hoankiem lake. It is not that hard to find the way to go there. Breakfast is good. They serve some pho too. Lastly the employees so kind. They care us before we arrived Hanoi. By the way. Hotel provide pick-up and see-off service for reasonalable price :)

17년 2월 오픈한 구시가지에 가까운 호텔
2월 중순에 오픈해서 오픈한 다음날부터 3박 사용했는데, 새 호텔이라 아주 깨끗하고 직원도 아주 친절해서 너무 좋았습니다. 새로 문을 연 호텔이라 아직 설비나 마감이 약간 마무리 되지 않은 곳이 있었지만 그건 차차 마무리 될거라 생각합니다. 침대 상태가 아주 좋았고 아침 식사도 만족스러웠고 무엇보다 직원들이 계속 불편함을 체크하는게 좋았습니다. 구시가지에 호텔이 많은 지역과 호안키엠 호수에서 걸어서 5분 정도 거리에 있어서 밤에는 오히려 조용한 편이어서 그것도 좋았습니다.
