"I can’t say enough about this property .. It is beautiful! Jon is an exceptional host, the home is in a great location, very close to Sunday River which was the purpose of our trip. The sighting of the house on the beautiful wooded lot is perfect for privacy, views of the woods and southern exposure. We spent several March afternoons on the sun filled deck. In addition, the hosts thought of everything to accommodate our comfort and needs. We felt welcomed and communication was excellent."

"We enjoyed the cottage as it had everything we needed to prepare meals including pots and pans, spices, a lovely kitchen, towels and linens, shampoo and body wash in the shower. We loved the open concept and close proximity to downtown Bethel. The fenced-in yard was so convenient for the dogs. Hosts Adam and Suz were great, responsive and helpful. We would stay again!"
