"The room at Hotel Trusty Nagoya Shirakawa was very spacious for Japanese standards. Definitely a solid stay. I made the mistake of booking smoking room because it was the only deluxe double room left at the time of booking. Super convenient with the subway nearby and a convenience store basically on every corner. Good location for exploring Nagoya, soaking in the city vibes. Close walking distance to the science museum, local restaurants and shops. Would have preferred toiletries amenities such as bath towel, facial wash, liquid cleanser, face cream instead of what was provided. Most hotels have them near the lobby area for the convenience of the guests. There a microwave at every floor but there is no general lounge or dining area for guests to use. "
