I highly recommend this lodge for anyone in Harare. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were spacious and clean, the plants and private enclosure around the premises made the lodge feel safe and welcoming. We found staff to go above and beyond in multiple areas including complimentary car washing. The breakfast was fantastic with many options available. Lots of grocery and food options in the nicer part of downtown Harare. The price maybe was a little high, but if you are a gold member, the rates at this place are fine. We hope to be back the next time we are in Harare.

Pemabwe hotel was superb in every way. The rooms and property were clean and the facilities efficient. The manager and his staff were exceedingly helpful, kind and courteous and went out of their way to help. The manager even transported us in his car to get food! I plan to stay there any time I'm in Harare! This is an A+ hotel in my view

The only issue is that the toilet is open area with curtains to pull across. Would be better if it was closed off for privacy in using the toilet. The rest of accommodation is 10 out 10 with no issues

Excellent overall in every way

I had a fantastic week long stay at Pemabwe. The staff redefined friendliness and hospitality; the rooms were spacious, clean, with great AC, wonderful water pressure in the showers, and black out curtains to help get a good night of sleep. Simba, Nomsa, and the kind lady in the reception in the morning were especially wonderful and kind and made my stay in Zimbabwe especially memorable. I will definitely come back to Pemabwe on my next trip.
