"Air conditioning / heating need some improvement "

BEST Stocked kitchen Ever; it is so helpful when travelling (ie coffee cream, bread for toast (with peanut butter and jam too!), bottled water, air fryer, etc. etc Looking forward to sitting on the deck when weather allows on my next stay!"

"We've been renting properties for many years and this was by far the worst we've had. To say that everything was shabby is being kind and I hadn't slept in flannelette sheets for over 40 years until I got there. Sheets of thin fabric as curtains fastened up with velcro and draped over warm air outlets. The coffee machine had such a large crack in the jug as to render it unusable and potentailly dangerous. Several other serious fire risk hazards including bed drapes covering the Internet box. It's the first rental we've had with no welcome book giving instructions about the area, things in the house such as thermostat control, waste collection, etc. The beds are a total disgrace and all need to be replaced - one is very high to climb onto, one is on the floor, one is very low and the 4th is a metal 4-poster in part of the dining room with a 2 door partition that doesn't close properly. It's such a shame because the location was really good but the property needs a lot of money spending on it to bring it up to a reasonable standard - the potential is there. As it is our strong recommendadtion is don't rent this property. I don't know who wrote those glowing reviews but they are so far off the mark that their validity should be questioned."

"Please note: despite VRBO showing the listing in Lincoln, this place is in Niagara Falls.I'm afraid that, apart from the location, this place was not the best- too few plugs - in fact, the microwave had no power- some cleanliness issues (e.g. mold in the shower)- space is quite small"
