West Chatham Hardings Lighthouse Hotels

"We booked the Hotel, called to check on the room as there was a Power outage in the area due to snow. We were told on the phone the room was ready. We arrived, went to check in. The women a reception informed us "You know we have no electricity, hot water, all facilities were closed. They were were willing to check us in, noting that there are only lights in the hallways. How about close the Hotel and halt booking? Terrible Managment."

"Everything was just right. We only had one night for a tiny vacation and the house was easy to access, communication was easy and clear with the host, the house was quiet and cozy. "

"Hi Jim!We really did enjoy the house! It worked well for our family for sure. Lots of space, the kitchen is great, the downstairs fun and the family room cozy.A couple things:The faucet in the bathtub in the main floor bathroomhad a bit of a problem. Upon turning the water on, the whole thing almost like fell off, and pulled away from the wall. We only used that tub once.The french door out to the deck does not seem to lock. The dead bolt does not engage properly.The door to the main floor primary suite does not shut tightly. The door latch does not match into the door frame opening.We could have used an extra set of towels. It was fine though cuz we borrowed from the hot tub towels!Consider dish towels in the kitchen.Thanks for everything! "From the communications with the host before the stay to the stay itself to check out, this was an amazing trip. We stayed here in the winter and the house was warm and cozy. The house is equipped with all a family needs for a restful and enjoyable stay- comfy beds, lots of games, etc. The power flickered during a snow storm (the whole town lost power for 2-3 minutes) and the boiler clicked off. The property manager was at the house in less than 10 minutes! James quickly set things right and we stayed toasty. Located right around the corner from Main Street, we were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and more. A wonderful house with great amenities and wonderful host. "

"The Bayberry Cottage was perfect for our family of 5 Thanksgiving weekend getaway. Scott was unbelievable helpful, communicative, and attentive. You cannot beat this location and the views, even in during the off-season. Our family will never forget the memories at this cozy cottage, which had all the amenities we needed. "

"Such a great property and convenient location. The set up of the house is perfect for a large group or families since the bedrooms are set away from the kitchen and common areas. The host was fantastic and gave us lots of information on things to do in the area. The host checked in with us on during our stay to be sure we were all set! Excellent customer relations! Unfortunately we were unable to check out the beach because of the weather but otherwise, it was perfect!"
