"We came to town for my daughter’s wedding at Wequassett and this home was the perfect place for our family to gather between events! Linda and Keith have a beautiful home which has all the personal touches that you would receive at a friends home. Although we didn’t have time and the weather didn’t permit, there are all the makings of great beach days and relaxing days to spend here. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and close to town. Linda was prompt with responding to my many messages as well. We had such a fabulous trip and hope to be back again soon!"

"The house was beautiful, comfortable, convenient, clean, and well-supplied. It was in a great area. Since we happened to be there during a Nor’easter, it was also comforting to know that the house had a generator - even though we never lost power. Paul, the owner, was very easy to communicate with and answered all my questions quickly. Highly recommend!"

"The location right at the beach was ideal and we were willing to pay this price for two nights, even in the off-season, but I would not stay longer. Our only real issue was with the television which we were not able to get to work because all the apps seemed to need updating and we didn't feel like spending the time. We got a prompt response when we messaged to find out what services were available, and would have signed in on our own accounts (which I don't think we should have to do when we spend that much to stay somewhere), but we just didn't want to watch tv badly enough to go through the updating of the apps."

"This place is so cute! When we first pulled up we were unsure because it looks like an old roadside motel. But it’s quickly apparent that it’s been beautifully updated with fresh paint and hanging plants. The driveway and parking lot are spotless as are the rooms. The decor in the rooms is updated and coastal. The staff was lovely. I would absolutely stay here again!"

Private Beach, Water Views, Incredible Location!

"This place is a gem and was perfect for my family. We were 3 adult couples and found the home to be suitable to our needs. The kitchen was the central gathering spot and very well stocked for cooking meals together. The views of the water, outdoor spaces around the whole house, and walking distance to the beach made it so enjoyable. Each bedroom with en suite bathroom felt like their own suites, allowing for comfort and privacy. The location was quiet and private but a short drive to so much. Great bird watching and we also saw seals feeding from the deck (using our binoculars). The whole house was recently renovated and everything felt new. It was also very clean and nicely decorated. We had a few issues while there - check in was challenging because the lock boxes that hold the keys are not in good working order and we couldn’t get them open. It took many tries (in the pouring rain). After about an hour of trying and someone from Del Mar on the way to help, we finally made it inside. Del Mar was helpful and apologetic, stating they would provide a small refund for our troubles, but I’m not sure if they actually did that. The other big issue was the bed in the first floor bedroom - the frame was not put together properly and it caused the mattress to severely sag in the middle so the 2 people sleeping in there did not sleep that first night. Again, Del Mar was responsive and sent a technician out to fix it. We later found the pieces to the bed frame in a dresser drawer."

"Quintessential super cute Cape. The kids room was nicely appointed and the king bed was cozy. It was well stocked with blankets and towels. Host/management company was helpful and responsive. Loved that there were some books and board games for rainy days. As a parent with young kids and an older dog, I appreciated everything being on one floor and having a backyard with green space and seating. My only real grievance was that the shower stall is small so it was difficult to shave my legs. Overall, it was a welcoming home and we had a lovely holiday."

"This home is all about the view. The views of Chatham Harbor are nothing short of spectacular. Additionally, the access to the private beach is a real luxury, particularly during peak busy times. The house itself is Cape Cod simple- pretty basic."
