"The location saves the hotel. A true 2 star, could be a 1 star. Shoddy work in bath/main room when done - needs a great deal of remodeling. Old carpets and signs of neglect. Office staff also a 2. Pet policy is not clear or consistent on all booking websites. Location great!"

"Location was central to Ft Bragg downtown which is cute. It was across route 1 to get to beach. Per the locals, lots of sewage dumped out at Pudding Creek where hotel abuts. Loud cars/trucks on highway 1 when you’re on your balcony."

"The location was beautiful and peaceful. The host was outstanding and responded to our needs promptly. The only concern I had was the security on the main entrance. The lock was very flimsy but all in all we had a very nice trip and accommodations were excellent."
