Weihnachtsurlaub

Die Betten super bequem, schöne Räume aber hier und da etwas schmutzig (beim 2. Hinsehen), leider kein Backofen und teile der Einrichtung defekt. Hat uns nicht so sehr gestört da die Lage Top war und wir auch einfach mal nichts machen wollten.

Schlimmste Verhältnisse vor Ort

Guten Tag Frau Alexandra, Das Sie sich nicht schämen, so eine Behausung anzubieten. Ich bestehe auf 100% Rückerstattung !!!! Anbei einige Bilder Unsere Kinder hatten sich auf ein paar schöne Tage gefreut. Da diese Behausung absolut nicht zumutbar ist, und mit einem Säugling überhaupt nicht, ersuche ich Sie um eine zeitnahe Stellungnahme. Möchten Sie freiwillig in so einer Unterkunft Zeit verbringen und dafür auch noch Geld bezahlen ????? Überwiegend Positiv

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Im Badezimmer war kein Schimmel (wie es in früheren Bewertungen steht) zu sehen. Es war eine schöne große Dusche, starker Duschstrahl und man konnte auch heiß duschen. Das Sofa war sehr umbequem, aber das haben wir eh nicht genutzt. Wir lagen lieber draußen auf der Terasse. Im Kinderzimmer war leider nicht ausreichen Verdunklungsmöglichkeit, die Kinder hatten Probleme dort zu schlafen. Es waren Gesellschaftspiele für jedes Alter vorhanden, selbst die kleine 2 Jährige fand etwas zum Spielen. Es fehlte leider etwas an Information, zum Beispiel über die Waschmöglichkeiten und die Müllentsorgung. Desweiteren ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: es wäre schön etwas über die Umgebung zu erfahren, eine Mappe mit Flyern für Ausflugsziele und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe wäre schön gewesen

Het verblijf was schoon en alles was aanwezig. Het huis is vrij donker en koud van binnen. De witte plavuizen doen een beetje kil aan. Gelukkig was het prachtig weer en zijn we weinig binnen geweest. De info over de incheck hebben we zelf gevraagd, maar dat ging eenvoudig.

Für den Preis ok

Für drei Tage (Silvester) war es in Ordnung. Sehr hellhörige und dunkle Wohnung. Das Fernsehen funktionierte nur bedingt, da das Antennenkabel kaputt war. Ein Backofen wäre gut gewesen. Bis auf die Sauberkeit und Schimmel im Badezimmer, war es in Ordnung.

Unsere Vermieterin war nur zum Zeitpunkt des Eincheckens erreichbar. Für weitere Fragen war sie telefonisch nicht erreichbar und auf schriftliche Anfrage hat sie auch nicht reagiert. Sehr schade.

Alles okay :)

Insgesamt war alles soweit okay. Die Straße in der Nähe hat uns nicht gestört. Der Ferienpark ist weiter entfernt als im Inserat angegeben, hat uns aber auch gar nicht gestört. Dass es keine Mükennetze gibt ist jedoch wirklich eine Katastrophe. Klopapier gab es nur eine angefangene Rolle. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, den Strom von Waschmaschine & Trockner im Keller konnte man in der Vorratskammer einschalten. Die Unterkunft war sauber. Der Kleine Garten hat den Kindern zum Spielen gereicht.

Leider nicht zufrieden...

Schimmel an der Decke im Badezimmer, TV funktionierte auch nicht. Voller Aschenbecher auf dem Tisch im Garten + total dreckiger Grill, ach ja und kein Klopapier! Leider gibt es auch keinen Backofen, das könnte man in der Anzeige ja vllt erwähnen. Unterm Strich merkt man der Wohnung die Jahre schon an. Also wir kommen nicht nochmal.

Würden wir nie wieder buchen

Mit der Wahl zwischen fast permanentenm Hundegebell und Schreierei der an ein Ehepaar dauervermieteten Wohnung rechts, mit akustischem Gymnastikprogramm oder Lärm bis in den späten Abend von der dauervermieteten Wohnung links an 5 junge Männer und 1 junge Frau, mit Haarschneideaktion auf der Terasse, war keine Möglichkeit auf Erholung gegeben. Der Garten grenzt fast dierkt an einer Hauptvergekehrsstrasse. Nicht regelmäßig, aber immer laut oder auch massiv laut waren die Autos zu hören. Am Rasen ist optisch eine Ewigkeit nichts gemacht worden. Das Haus besteht viel aus Holz. Jeder Schritt ob auf der Treppe oder in der 1. Etage wird von Knarschen begleitet. Das Mietobjekt ist leider sehr hellhörig. Es gibt an keinem Fenster Fliegengitter und das in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Wald. Fliegen und Mücken waren also stehts in der Wohnung. Beim Fernsehschauen hat man aus einer Reihe von Programmen, eine Auswahl 4 Programmen bei denen man wenige Minuten die Chance hat mit fortlaufendem Bild und Ton das gezeigte zu verfolgen. Die Wohnungseingangstür ist eine Zimmertür aus Holz, die Haustür scheint nie abgeschlossen zu werden. Die beschriebene Waschmaschine befindet sich im Gemeinschaftskeller. Der Austausch mit der Vermieterin bezüglich Schlüsselannahme gestaltete sich schwierieg.Wir sind mit 2 Erwachsenen und einem Kind angreist. Unvorstellbar dort mit bis zu 6 Personen zu wohnen. Zu wenig Stauraum, geneller Platzmangel. Die Wohnung war eigentlich gut sauber. Die Couch klebte allerdings

Tolle Unterkunft in der Nähe des Sees

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Das einzige kleine "Manko" waren Kleinigkeiten wie fehlende Spülbürste oder dass bei den Grills kein Grillrost dabei war (oder wir es nicht gefunden haben) und deshalb selbst noch einen kleinen Grill gekauft haben. Aber alles in allem top! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Guter Aufenthalt für ein Wochenende

Objekt wie beschrieben mit allem, was man für ein Wochenende braucht. Super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis Check in letztendlich unkompliziert, da Schlüssel versteckt ist - allerdings hatte die Vermieterin zunächst nicht auf die Email und das Telefon reagiert. Machte aber dann letztendlich nichts. Gerne wieder!

Het appartement is schoon en prima in orde. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Er loopt wel een redelijk drukke weg achter het appartement en wij hadden de pech dat de buren rondom nogal lawaaiig waren. Verder een goed verblijf gehad en heerlijk gewandeld in de omgeving.

Wir waren über das Osterwochenende dort. Eine gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit kleinem Garten. Sauber und gepflegt. Viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten und nur einen Katzensprung in die Niederlande. Nur zu empfehlen.
