“The house was perfect for our stay. Traveling with a dog, the fenced yard was a huge plus. The house was immaculate, well stocked and convenient. I was familiar with the neighborhood so knew very well the location, proximity to the beach and area attractions. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood, great for walking. Quick 2 min drive to the beach with private parking and access, could not have been easier. Communication was excellent throughout- Joel responded quickly to questions. Would……

“Close to the beach and clean, but thermostat controls on heating and air didn't work well and there was very little to work with in kitchen.”

“First time staying here, both at this condo and at this beach. No issues. Clean and convenient. We could see the ocean from the front windows. Chose this property based on proximity to the beach. Comfortable bed. Room stayed cool. Plenty of hot water. There was a dehumidifier running in the kitchen. The only downside was there was no place to hang clothes, except in the bathroom. We were only there for a long weekend, so it wasn’t an issue. I’m only mentioning it because I didn’t think about……

“We had an amazing time at this unit. I stayed with my family of 4 and my sister and her kiddos. The unit is decorated very nicely and it’s in a great location - a quick walk to two pools and steps from the ocean. The entire condominium complex was amazing. It’s also very close to a mini golf/go kart place which the kids loved as well. Previous guests left a boogie board and some beach toys in the second bedroom & we added an infant life jacket in case any future guests come with a baby.The only……

“Kitchen needs to be better equipped to meet the needs of a family. There is absolutely no place to put you clothes, the closets are full of personal items (laundry baskets with lamp, art work etc) leaving no space for visitors belongings. The 2 night stands in the rooms with drawers are full of linens. Would not stay again. When we arrived the primary bedroom door was locked from the inside and we had to find a pin to unlock it. The staff at the security gate were very friendly and accommodating……

“The person at the front desk was bothered each time we asked for something. The floors in the room were filthy. The oven and stovetop were rusted and disgusting and could not be used. On the last day we were there, we found roaches crawling throughout the room. We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years, and it has always been clean and well-kept with friendly, helpful staff. Will probably not book another reservation here.”

“We've stayed at a few condos at Ocean Sands, but this one is our new favorite! Very clean, looks to be recently updated. Can't beat the location and promixity to the beach. We will be going back! ”
