“This was an affordable and convenient basement studio with private entrance - great for a 2 week stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the AC was very efficient - cold even on some exceedingly hot days. If you are looking for a budget-friendly, no-frills rental, this place is great. The bed supports were broken, but the host had someone there the next day to repair. The fridge is a mini fridge with separate freezer, not full size. “Easy check in, snacks and water were a nice touch and much appreciated. This was my first experience with VRBO or any other platform like it. The house was pretty clean overall and the electric fireplace was great given that the first night was in the low 20s. Good communication from the owner as the refrigerator/freezer wasn’t on when I arrived and the freezer had defrosted. For my 2 night stay there was only one wash cloth and no hand towel. I didn’t spend more time than sleeping and getting……

“Host was great, very helpful getting a wallet that we left bwhind to us. Well decorated and clean property. Why only 3 stars? The parking. If you get there after 4 or 5 pm, you will be parking blocks away.”

“Host messaged me after booking and told me his place was actually unavailable but would not cancel my reservation because he would get charged by vrbo. Very inconsiderate considering the time it takes to get refunded by vrbo - I am still waiting for my refund after long conversations with them. He essentially passes on the fee to me in doing this given the cost of my time to obtain this refund. Do not recommend. ”

“Very clean home in a lovely, safe neighborhood with a neighborhood playground on the same street. Sidewalks on both sides of the street and a fenced yard, plus a supply of toys and children's books made this a great place to stay for children that have just endured the discomforts of travel. I appreciate that there was a decent supply of cutlery and table settings as it was truly a comfortable stay for a large family or group. ”

“Very nice apartment in a not-great part of town. Beautifully renovated and decorated. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. There are two steep flights of stairs to the apartment entrance, with a curvy part, and it may be difficult for older or physically impaired people. I was in town for a football weekend and this location was about 15 minutes drive to the Ravens stadium. Great for our purposes. Felt safe inside, and only minor city noises at night.”
