「Room was modern and clean, bathroom had a spacious shower, stagmff were helpful and check in was easy. Would stay again happily. Also had some complementary breakfast items in my room which was appreciated.」

「Really convenient for what I needed courtyard style room straight onto the car park. Dog friendly with some great walks around the area. Super easy check-in key was in the door. Appreciated the fruit teas and coffees in the morning. We’ll stay again if I need to be in that area.」

「In fact, it surprised me a lot. The staff was the boy at the bar table. He was busy but helped me to check in as possible as he could. My room was larger than I imagined. Bed was tidy and clean. The fragrance of the cover proved it was substituted. The hotel was close to TKmark, Subway and MacDonald. 5 mins walk to the underground station. The bar on the first floor made few noise but could't disturb my sleeping. Anyway, if you find a bed for one night I would recommend this hotel for you. For...

「The hotel serves great breakfast, however it suits mostly for people with car, if not you will be wasting lots of time in transportation to get in and out there」

「Disappointing. On arrival to the room, there was a distinct musty smell. Not pleasant and still present after opening the windows. No WiFi in the room. Breakfast was almost non existent. For a pub/hotel that promotes its food service and quality, a couple of boxes of cereal and a few miniature pastries was not what was expected or advised. A cooked choice would be expected (and was advertised)」

「Nicely located in the centre of Woburn with its own car park. The only issue is you are wedded to your mobile phone is that mobile signal strength is very poor (I’m on EE). But the hotel has free WiFi and Woburn itself is served by fibre optic cables to the premises. 」

「Clean room but in need of refurbishing. Very hot during our visit so appreciated the fan but would have been more comfortable if the windows had opened fully. Good shower pressure and plenty of hot water but shower control face missing. Staff were lovely, very polite and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold offerings.」
