「There was no back up toilet paper no hand soap. There was a glob of hair on the carpet by the bed. There was an animal scratching in the wall at night behind my bed. My room was 104, next to the reception fireplace. I went to the reception desk 2 times, called out and no one ever came. This was about 9am and 11am.」

「The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is your usual continental breakfast. It was good and worth it. I checked in around 3:30pm and the gentleman was not very welcoming. I interacted with him again upon checkout and he was just rude in a sense. Like it bothered him that customers were talking to him. But Jan I think was her name was so nice and helpful. Complete opposite. I would definitely stay again. It’s also in great location close to restaurants and various store.」

「The property is off the beaten path just a bit, would be hard to miss if you didn't know it was there. Walking distance was close to a couple fast food places to eat which was nice. The only things I was disappointed in the was the fact that you could not re-enter doors to the outside with your keycard. You were forced to enter through the lobby. The other thing I though was a bit much was the $100 dollar pending charge to your credit card. This seemed a bit excessive. It however, was teh...

「Very outdated facility. Once we got to the area, there were many other options that were newer. I wouldnt suggest stayong here given all the options that surround this place.」

「When it says self parking on site be prepared to be to pay per day. Expedia doesn’t list or include that charge and it was a surprise. So just for two days we had to pay to park at the hotel, unexpected upcharge.」

「We have stayed at this location several times while I seek medical treatment. It is clean, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We will continue to stay here during my journey.」

「The bedside lamp didn’t work because there was no power from the outlet. A staff member came and brought another lamp, but that didn’t solve the problem since the outlet itself had no electricity. The issue was never fixed during our stay. Very disappointing service.」
