「smell Disgusting」

「The breakfast is terrible, old food and stale coffee.」

「There were roaches in the room. One crawled across my face and they refused to refund, give a free or reduced night. They wouldn't do anything.」

「Nasty and smelly」

「Ice machine was non existent. Vending machine was unplugged. There was a washer in the breezeway. The pool was not filled. The assist handles in the bathroom were not aligned. There was no plug for the bathtub. Overall the property was clean, and although I showed up late, the attendant was walking up to the lobby when I arrived, so there wasn't much of a wait, or issue with my reservation in that matter.」

「The desk manager was very rude! The bed had dust & dirt on it! Bathroom was nasty & key did not work so had to go back to desk to get new one & woman was very rude! I would like to request a refund if possible. Thanks」
