「While the location was convenient, there are other nearby hotels that are better for the money. We arrived and were placed on the second floor. They told me, it was quicker to access the stairs to get to the room and so I did. I get to the room (which was supposed to be a larger room) and both of my keys flash red and I hear a tv on inside of the room. I go back down and tell them all of this…they reassign the keys. I go back up, same thing except this time the tv isn’t as loud and we hear...

「The location is too close to road so that it's convenient but noisy. Laundry environment is not very clean. We gave up to use the washing machine since somebody left cloth in it for a long time. The bathtub got stuck but was fixed soon.」

「I don’t even know where to begin with this place. Calling the Jubilee Hotel in Gulfport “run down” would be generous. The moment you walk in, you’re hit with a stale, musty smell that never goes away, no matter how long you try to air out the room. The carpets look like they haven’t been cleaned in years, stained and sticky in spots, which is honestly unsettling.
The room itself was worse. The bedding looked questionable at best, with visible stains that made it impossible to feel comfortable...
