Everything was broken. Floor trim half way off. Bathroom fixtures all broken. Front door was peeling apart. Large bug. Black electrical tape holding the stool seat together.

Jesus, this is almost the worst accommodation I've ever been. the room was so dirty, and you can easily find some insects, including an mantis on the bed! The towel was not just dirty, but you can see some really disgusting mark, and staying on it, which make the whole stay painful … The staff can hardly speak English and are not familiar with the SOP for checking in at all.

When I went to check-in the desk clerk started to tell me that I can't check in at that price and needed to pay more for 3 people. I told him not true and brought up my Expedia receipt and showed where I paid for the room and paid for the extra person. He was not happy about it, so I told him to maybe quit doing business on these sites if you're not going to honor the price. He reluctantly gave me the room. Then he told me to stay here in the office and he took off in a golf cart. I asked why did he want me to stay here? He said said the locks don't work right so he has to go unlock it himself. I thought that was pretty odd. The rooms haven't been renovated in 40 years. We had stink bugs in our room. The electricity was sketchy, when the desk clerk tells you to not to turn off the switch by the the front door where it would go for the lights, instead goes the TV in the next room. Missing a lightbulb on one of the lamps. TV was small and old. Bathroom was extremely congested, toilet you had to hold the handle down to flush or flush about 3 times till everything goes down. Shower was hard to use. The continental breakfast, everything was empty except 2 honey buns. A sack of bagels and sunny delight in the fridge. I can say that for the owner, he's getting pretty close on the J Curve of going out of business. The owner needs to revamp everything, and stay focused on quality, hospitality and reputation to stay in business. I expected much better from this place.
