“It was a pleasure staying at this Hotel. At the Reservation desk, Jessica and Brooke, were very pleasant and easy to talk to. The customer service skills at this Hotel was extraordinary. “This property was very run down. Bleached dirty sofa in lobby, torn wallpaper, filthy doors. Our room carpet was dirty and stained, couch stained, vanity light broken, bathroom smelled like urine. The bed was comfortable and clean, and since it was just an inexpensive place to lay our heads it was fine. Wouldn’t want to spend more than one night though or be here with kids. ”
