「Our stay was fantastic! The host was very kind and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations in the area, which we really appreciated. Check-in was easy and straightforward, and the place itself was nice and exactly as described.The only minor thing was some noise from upstairs neighbors, but that's definitely not the host's fault and didn't take away from our overall experience. We'd absolutely stay here again! Thanks for everything!」

「 This is. the forth time we've stayed in one of the rooms in the Newport Inn. The Inn is in a great location, so much to do within walking distance. Newport is a great town for a short getaway. The room was clean and comfortable. The check in process was easy. The host was easy to message through Vrbo and he replyied within minutes. The offstreet parking is big plus too. 」

"We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In such cold weather, it was still very uncomfortable to bathe. When we checked out, I reported the problem again, but the front desk staff didn’t give me any response. This was truly terrible, I couldn’t even speak for those days because I lost my voice! This was supposed to be a trip we had been looking forward to, and I was also excited to stay at this hotel. But in the end, our trip to Cincinnati was completely ruined by the cold and the illness."
