“The property was clean and the staff were so nice and accommodating. I LOVE that the 24hr pool/hot tub. The breakfast buffet was good, had the staples and was quick and easy-coffee was good. The overall price is wildly high for a La Quinta-quality/location/amenities do not meet price but I am assuming it is due to the touristy town, which is beautiful. We did have an uncomfortable situation happen in the pool area in the evening. A guest that was (likely) intoxicated was pacing the halls and he……

“The room was clean and stocked with towels. No ice machine on the 3rd floor. Free cookies at check in were tasty! They did not notify us at check in about WiFi or breakfast but we figured it out. Nice stay for family. No elevator!”

“This place has really gone downhill since ce we stayed here a few years ago. Our room wasn't vacuumed, trash can under sink was full, the nightstands had coffee residue. And the building smelled bad. The room doors are left open for anyone to walk in before anyone gets to their room. Definitely look for something better.”

My car was hit in the parking lot no one left a note or notified the staff and apparently someone was going to email me the camera footage but nothing was ever sent. Air conditioner kept me awake sounding like a cyclone was going through my room. I don't think I'll be visiting again.”

If you can’t find anywhere else, it isn’t terrible, but if you’re wanting something clean and comfortable, where you can get a good rest, I would look elsewhere.”

“I’m so impressed with the staff at the Liberty Lake Best Western. I broke my ankle and have been using a wheelchair during our trip for Hoopfest. I originally tried to keep the same room for both nights, but they were sold out, so we had to switch rooms the next day. Housekeeping went above and beyond by helping move our luggage and quickly bringing extra pillows and blankets so I could stay comfortable and keep my foot elevated while the boys played basketball. The hot breakfast and yogurt……

“It was a nice stay, close to activities in the area. Took the water cruise and ate at the Dockside restaurant. The breakfast at the hotel was great as well as all the staff.”
