Featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a queen sleeper sofa, an upscale chef’s kitchen, and exceptional Downtown Mall views from the large, numberous windows. This space exceeds all expectations whether you’re looking for a restorative night in or exciting night out. Walking distance to JMU and all the best downtown restaruants and night-life.

The space
Beautifully restored and renovated downtown penthouse loft in the heart of Harrisonburg. Featuring a huge open kitchen/living/dining area and soaring ceilings, this modern loft is amazing. The main bedroom features a king bed and attached bathroom. The second bedroom features 2 queen beds and an attached bathroom. The sitting room features a pull out sofa bed and second hang out space. The chef's kitchen flows nicely into the dining room and main living room. This penthouse is located above one of downtown Harrisonburg's best restaurants and steps away from other restaurants, a brewery, coffee shop and more. Please note that there may be an active nightlife scene outside and some noise from the restaurant below during open hours.

Other things to note
Access to the property is up one flight of steps with no elevator. Parking for one car near the entrance and more parking on the south side of the building.
