「Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,...

「The staff were very welcoming. The room was amazing. The breakfast choices were varied. My wife had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on toast and i had the big full english, both of which were cooked to perfection and extremely tasty. We highly recommend you stay here if you get the chance.」

「My partner and I came here for our 4 year anniversary with our Westie, Stanley. Overall, we cannot fault the place! The room we had was lovely and spacious, the food was beautiful and the staff were all extremely accommodating and helpful, especially to our Stanley. Stanley has thoroughly enjoyed his stay and has been spoilt rotten by the staff! We cannot thank you all enough for how welcome and comfortable you made us feel! We've already rebooked for my birthday in December 😊」

「Nice mid-range hotel with excellent spa (best treatments we’ve had, at very fair price, though no pool). Excellent dinner in restaurant & good breakfast. Our room was on 3rd floor and, being an old building, there’s no lift. Room was ok, though a ‘standard’ double, not a queen / king. There’s no air-con, but a good floor standing fan. Good sized bathroom with large shower. We will certainly return here as the spa & food are so good. 」

「Fantastic place for a stay over the MotoGP weekend. Warm friendly staff and very comfortable bed in a very pleasant room. Just two very minor observations - shower head positioning & water pressure. Sticky table in dining area. I would definitely stay here again.」

"Overall not bad. The hotel was built a long time ago. Even though you took the lift, there were still many stairs to go if you were assigned to the 3rd floor. I checked out the hotel on 5/21 morning. The black girl at the front desk was not very helpful."
