“Booked the condo for a 2 night weekend stay due to a volleyball tournament in yorktown. The place was like a mini vacation, the lake view was beautiful, the weather was perfect and I was able to grill some food in the patio and soak in the hot tub before bed. If my daughter has any more volleyball tournaments nearby I will 100% look for this listing first. The condo had all the necessities and the location was perfect. Volleyball is stressful and it was so nice to have this place to go to after……

“My daughter and I spent 1 night during our Frank Lloyd Wright week in the mid-west. The house was in great shape. Sleeps 6, feeds more than 6. Has a industrial strength kitchen. It was very nice.”

“Our family came down to celebrate senior weekend for Ball State baseball. This house was perfect for our family and loved the quiet neighborhood. I just wish we would’ve found it sooner.”

“Cute property. Enjoyed our time in Indiana. Maybe needs new mattresses. I have never stayed in a vrbo so wasn't sure if i needed to wash towels or sheets. 🤔 When i booked the place it said we would receive email from Host of instructions, we never received an email. Overall, nice older home.”

I don’t remember the last time I played “Sorry” with my kids - how fun to play now that they are in college. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience. Looking forward to our next visit.”

“This house is very clean. It had everything that we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive and even let us check in early. Great stay overall, only thing we wished was that the 1/2 bath had a curtain/blind on the window. Will stay again when visiting family.”

“Property is extremely clean, provided all necessities for a comfortable stay. walking distance to IWU and a small cute coffee shop called Lola’s. Location is close to the road so road noise at night is fairly loud but not unbearable. I would recommend bringing your own pillows if possible. They are provided and there are plenty, but aren’t the most comfortable.”

“The property was perfect for a gathering of friends, family and their children. Our group loves cooking family meals, and the kitchen had nearly everything you could ask for. The bedrooms were comfortable, the master bathroom was a treat, and the kids loved the toys and backyard. Couldn't have asked for a better environment to watch the 2024 Eclipse. The property managers were responsive, informative and very kind. A great experience through and through.”

“Lovely, well equipped, two story house in calm area near BSU; host was very responsive to minor glitch in door lock; property and house were very nicely decorated and maintained; kitchen was well equipped; linens were fresh; even a Brita pitcher was available to help with Muncie's known water "flavor" Highly recommend property to all unless steep stairs to bedrooms would pose an issue.”
