The staff was helpful. They were patient and willing to work with me on check-in tine. However, the room and bathroom did not look clean. Hotel seemed to be under renovation. Smell of paint was noticeable, and the windows in the room did not open, so there was no escaping the smell. Overall, as a budget place to fall asleep for one night, I would say that the experience was fine.

The front counter is not manned. It was evident our room door was pried open at some point. The bathroom does not have any counter top space to put your toiletries on. The shampoo bottles etc were not installed on the wall as intended. The exhaust fan in the bath was not on a separate switch and was very loud when operating.

The room was not cleaned proper. The carpets were stained. The was no handle for the hot water when I arrive. The next morning they fix it but took all the towels. I had to go downstairs to get house. The next day the key wasn't working. The breakfast was pretty much used up I think got down there about an hour after they opened. The people hanging around the area were pretty seedy. Do not stay here

OK for a quick overnight to somewhere else. There was no closet or phone in our room on the second floor. The bathtub floor looked like a sticky mat had been there, but pulled off and the residue was still there. The bath towel had, what looked to be, a rust stain on it. At 7:00 AM there was no hot water for tea downstairs. The pot was almost empty and stone cold. The staff was friendly and helpful at check in, but there was no one around at check out.
