Disgusting hotel, rude behavior at front desk. Owner of this hotel sh know. Key doesnt work always. Dirty elevator. Poor service. Please shutdown this hotel. I didnt feel safe due to front desk behavior. He got angry after i complained about service. He told me to leave hotel at 9pm. Disgusting. I saw several reviews after that n looks like he has some issue with everyone.

I had a very unsettling experience at this hotel and checked out within minutes of entering the room. The lobby was in complete disarray, and guest paperwork was left out in plain view, which felt especially unsafe as a woman traveling alone. Outside, the parking lot was littered with garbage and mini liquor bottles, and the elevator was missing buttons. The room itself was unacceptable — a strong odor, water stains across the walls and ceiling, holes in the walls, and the bathroom floor was wet as if someone had just showered. The bed was damp and visibly stained. We did not stay even 10 minutes before leaving. I tried to cancel immediately but was told I had to go through Expedia. After multiple attempts, I couldn’t reach anyone at the property to resolve a refund despite never actually staying there. Overall, this felt unsafe, unsanitary, and extremely frustrating to deal with. I would not recommend this property.

This hotel was just okay—adequate for getting through the stay, but nothing more. One room had a used bar of soap left in the shower and cigarette holes in the bedding. Our key card stopped working and had to be reactivated, neither of our two rooms had shampoo, and the TV didn’t work. When we first arrived, the lobby strongly smelled of weed. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but there were several basic cleanliness and maintenance issues that should have been addressed.

Everything!! This place has turned into a homeless shelter. There are guests staying there 2 weeks at a time through the city of Hartford. I am so disappointed. I’ve stayed here 3 times before and this time was a nightmare. Barely anyone at the front desk to ask for assistance. They never answer the phone. You have to call about 10 times for them to answer. Only 1 elevator in service. My stay was for 3 nights and everyday I had to reactivate my room key as when we would go out and come back the key didn’t work in the door. Then waiting for a front desk staff to show up was another wait. One night another guest was also waiting for a room key as he was locked out and in socks. One of the nights we came back to the hotel and a lady staying there decided to just urinate in the elevator whilst my husband and I were in there. Whoever was on staff that night just brought a wet mop and swished it around then proceeded to places wet floor sign. Meanwhile the elevator is soaking wet. And to top things off I left a bag in the room upon checkout and housekeeping just kept my stuff. Didn’t even put it in lost and found. I called back to inquire about my belongings and that was a whole other chore. To speak to someone about my belongings. To be told well that’s your responsibility but housekeeping didn’t turn anything in. Ok well they kept my things. This whole experience was so upsetting. Never again!!!!

Room wasnt up to par, outdated, rooms had stains on walls, door, ceilings even bed sheets. There were roaches, found one in the bathroom and another in the room wall. Room was super cold, there was no heat, heater wasnt working. They had false advertising on the booking site because they didnt serve breakfast!

am appalled at the condition of our room and the hotel. I have pictures of blood stains and bugs and the lobby wreaked of pot. looking for a refund.
