The room was tidy and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our quick one night stay. If you wanted the lowest rated thing would be the couch.. It was a pull out and you could tell it was well used.

Dated hotel

The hotel is dated and our room wasn’t very clean. The bathroom had hair throughout it and the shampoo and conditioner that is meant to be attached to the bathroom walls were sitting in the bathtub as if someone had ripped them out.

We booked this room for a bike trip…. The room was pricey, but it looked worth it. Upon check-in we got a room with a twin bed, booked a queen…. The description said ‘full kitchen’. No oven, bought food to cook…. The guy that checked us in was standoffish and rude… I went back to give him a second try and he failed again. The room was clean and shower had great pressure!

Mold spots on bathroom ceiling and dirty behind main door. Tried calling front desk 4 different times on different days and no one ever answered. First night room across was very loud and yelling/arguing for over 2 hours and tried front desk 3 different times in the 2-hour window and no answer. Day of departure tried front desk to ask for late check out - just rang and rang. I expected more for the area and based on other reviews.

This facility has so many Exits it is confusing. Checking in should be clearly marked. Ran into a couple in the parking lot who had parked near what could be an entrance only to find that it was not. The lady was handicapped. Need signage to direct to checking in

Two issues with my stay: 1. Hair in the sink when I arrived; 2. Expired yogurts served at breakfast (dated with August 2022 expiration date, while my stay was in September 2022). Hotel is dated and not super clean.
