“There was a pad lock on the outside of the only door to the place. It was not a safe place to stay. I called VRBO 10 minutes after I arrived at the place I did not enter. I left and was on the phone with VRBO for at least an hour trying to get a refund. VRBO refused a refund telling me the place was fine to stay in.
